Here are a couple questions we get often, or things that could help you make your decision on hiring us!

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Give us a call at 573-719-8845 or fill out a request form here and we can get you on our schedule.


    We offer weekly/biweekly/monthly cleaning schedules.

  • How long does an average cleaning take?

    Time to clean really depends on the size and intensity of the job. An average light-medium cleaning takes about 2 hours.


    The larger and heavier the cleaning need, the longer it may take. Call us to get a free estimate!

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, credit cards and direct deposit.

  • What if I need to cancel/postpone?

    Because things happen we understand! If a scheduled appointment will not work for you and you need to cancel or postpone, please give us a call ASAP. The more notice the better, that way we can rearrage as needed.

  • What are your hours?

    Our cleaning staff is available Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you were to need services please give us a call at 573-719-8845 and we can work with you to help suit your schedule.

  • Do you use my cleaning supplies or do you bring your own?

    Maid2Clean provides their own cleaning supplies, so no need for you to load up. We provide high quality solutions for our maids to tackle even the dirtiest of situations! However, if you have a special need, or prefer a specific type of cleaner, please let us know and you are more than welcome to purchase that on your own and we can use that. 

  • Do you have gift certificates?

    YES! Who wouldn't love the gift of a clean house or office? Please call us today at 573-719-8845 and let us know the amount of gift certificate you need! Then swing by our office to pick it up! Or if need, we can work with you to mail it to you if unable to get to our office.

  • Are you licensed & insured?

    Yes, we are licensed, insured and fully bonded. 

  • Do you move furniture to clean?

    Our maids can move light furniture in order to clean under or around, such as small end tables, small coffee tables, light weight chairs and so on. Our maids do not lift or move heavy furniture such as couches, refrigerators, and so on. Typically if it is over 20/25 lb, we ask our maids to refrain. If you need cleaned behind or under these please let us know in advance and/or have them moved for us when we arrive.

  • Do you do outside cleaning?

    At Maid2Clean we focus on inside of your home or business. We do not perform any type of lawn/gutter cleanup. We can help you organize your garage!

  • How can I help my home/office be more prepared for your services?

    This is a great question! We woud appreciate if you would tidy up just a little bit. By this we mean please secure/tidy up any sentimental items, cash/money, jewelry or any small valuables. Our maids are held to the highest standard and are very trustworthy, it is more of a "did it get lost, accidently thown away or broke" situations we like to avoid. 

  • How much notice should I give for scheduling a cleaning?

    In general, the larger the project, the more notice is helpful.

    Small project: Prefer 1-2 weeks notice

    Large project: Prefer 3-4 weeks noitice
